1) Scope
This notice explains how Home Poker Manager processes personal data. The iOS app provides tools to manage home games (e.g., timers, blind levels, dealer tracking, notes) and does not offer or promote real-money gambling.
2) Categories of Data
•User-entered data (on-device) Player names/aliases, seating order, active/eliminated status. Game parameters: blind levels, increase intervals, round/turn duration, notes. Session logs: hand/round counters, start/end timestamps.
•Minimal technical data App/iOS version, notification settings, system language (used locally for functionality).
•Local notifications (optional) Scheduled reminders (e.g., blind increases, end of turn). Content remains on the device.
•Diagnostics/analytics (opt-in only) Anonymous usage events and crash reports. No advertising tracking.
No sensitive data (health, precise location, payments) is required. By default, the app operates offline and keeps data on the device.
6) International Transfers
If processing occurs outside the EU/EEA, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses) with supplementary measures where required.
7) Your Rights
You may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing). 10) iOS Permissions
•Notifications (optional) for blind-level and turn/round reminders.
•Network access (not required for core offline use): only if you enable diagnostics/analytics or updates. You can manage permissions in iOS Settings.
11) User Controls
•Offline by default: core features work without connectivity.
•Diagnostics/analytics: opt-in; you can opt out anytime.
•Reset data: in Settings → Privacy, you can clear presets, sessions, and local logs.
12) Changes to this Policy
We may update this notice. Significant changes will be communicated in-app and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
